I am absolutely thrilled with my nails. The technician was incredibly patient as I selected my color and never once rushed me. The staff were all so friendly and even provided me with some helpful advice on shellac versus dipping powder for my next visit. This was by far the best nail service I have ever received. Thank you all so much!
In 2022, I decided to treat myself and get my nails professionally done for the first time. I must say, the experience was absolutely delightful, and I am already contemplating doing it again. As I searched for nail salons online, I stumbled upon Elegant Nails. I was truly impressed by the exceptional customer service and the fantastic results of my nail treatment. It was exactly what I had envisioned, with a personal touch of my own designs. Despite not having a prior appointment, I was warmly greeted by Tui, who took care of my nails from start to finish. I must commend her for providing outstanding customer service, displaying kindness, and ensuring that I felt comfortable and secure throughout the process. Her positive and gentle demeanor truly elevated my overall experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment to anyone in need of nail services.
After reading glowing reviews, I decided to give this place a try, conveniently situated near my workplace. Unfortunately, my experience did not live up to expectations given the high price point. I noticed uneven layers and bubbles on 7 out of my 10 nails. To make matters worse, the shellac started chipping within a few days. Disappointed, I requested a refund due to the poor quality and my reluctance to return. However, my request was denied, with the offer to fix the chipped areas instead. This left me feeling disillusioned and questioning the authenticity of the reviews I had read. My advice: steer clear.
