Assisted by the delightful Tane and Pania during my visit to Wellington from Melbourne Australia. Both of them were knowledgeable about the products and were incredibly kind, creating a fantastic atmosphere overall. Thank you for the warm welcome to the Nz store. The shower fizzies are a huge disappointment, don't waste your cash it's like throwing money away. Only 2 scents available, lemon & lavender. No aromatic steam, just dissolved quickly along with my hopes. Kmart sells a 6 pack for $5, much better scent and lasts longer. The shop is stunning and the staff are lovely but I trusted a recommendation for the shower fizzies and my advice is don't bother purchasing them and sadly I won't be spending more money on disappointing products.
Excellent service from Aroha! Very well-versed in their facial masks and bath bombs/bubble bars! Incredibly patient, thoughtful, and friendly. I was reassured in my purchase by her expertise.
