Although it's a small store, it's well-stocked and the staff are incredibly friendly.
I had a disappointing experience here. The service was poor and the staff were quite rude. Despite being the only customer in the store, I received no assistance. I ended up going to Bunnings where the staff were friendly and helped me promptly. The attitude at Mitre10 Ponsonby was off-putting, as if they didn't want to engage with me. I'll stick to other Mitre10 stores but won't be returning to this one. To the store owner, please focus on training your staff to communicate effectively with all customers and be knowledgeable about your inventory.
The team here is so welcoming and knowledgeable. They have a great range of products available. The click-and-collect service is super efficient. They even offer charging stations for electric vehicles, which is a nice touch. Accessing Richmond Road can be a bit tricky due to heavy traffic at times.
