Regrettably, could not rate 0 stars. Stepped into PB TECH at Wellington Lambton Quay for the first time. The Japanese Manager was very haughty and impolite. I pointed out his conceit, he suggested I should exit if I am not content. As I was leaving, he insisted on examining my bag out of Pure-Petulance. And you know what, I headed to Harvey Norman straight away, the staff was warm and amiable, and I spent about nearly $6000 I have attached the receipts and pictures as well. I purchased the Xperia 1 III, A laptop, iPad (for my parents), earbuds, and all the Accessories that came with it. And that money I spent could have been PB Techs. In comparison to PB TECH, I can recommend Harvey Norman for the exceptional Service.
