Honestly, I really wanted to enjoy this spot but my experiences with Brazilian waxing here have been below par on multiple occasions. I've tried 3 different therapists and each time, they've missed spots, disregarded my preferred shape, and despite requesting hard wax, Ruby still used strips for most of the Brazilian. There should be an option for extended appointment slots so that if a client prefers hard wax, the esthetician can take their time as I understand it requires more precision to let the wax set. Having been waxed consistently for a decade, I know the standards to expect, and regrettably, my recent visit was the final disappointment that led me to decide not to return.
I have been a loyal client of KiwiGlow for a while now and have always been delighted with my visits there. The team is welcoming and professional, making sure I feel at ease during every treatment. I will definitely be recommending this spa to my mates, as I've already sent quite a few their way!! 5 stars.
