After driving past Gaya numerous times, today I decided to try them out. Pleased to say I left very satisfied. They delivered the haircut I wanted after showing them a photo. I am very skilled with the scissors and took my time to ensure the haircut was to your liking. It is reasonably priced and includes a hair wash. You will return here for your next haircut. Thank you. Such a lack of respect! I scheduled an appointment and planned my day around it, considering I have a 5 month old baby to care for. They messaged me saying they would be 20 minutes late, then later said it could take even longer. I went to the salon to inquire about the delay, understanding that appointments can change (especially since I have to arrange child care), but they were neither apologetic nor helpful. When I mentioned my child was waiting in the car with my mother, they rudely questioned why the child was there and refused to do my hair. I no longer wanted their services, but it's disheartening to encounter such arrogance and disrespect from someone working in a salon, let alone owning it. I had to adjust my schedule to accommodate the appointment, so it's disappointing to see individuals like this managing businesses. I'm frustrated and hope they don't treat other mothers the same way. Mean-spirited and disrespectful... I will definitely warn other mums in Wellington about this salon. I won't be recommending it.About

Got my hair styled before my hens party, and the team was incredibly kind, and my stylist did an excellent job. My hair is naturally very curly and unruly.
