The individual was on the phone while working on my massage and managing bookings, I thought the massage was meant to be relaxing?? And then she kept leaving the room for some unknown reason. I shelled out $80 for what? The worst massage experience, even the head massage was excruciating she was practically digging into my scalp and causing pain.
