What a disaster when a fair-haired middle-aged Karen trying to convince me a product that is obviously not the one I was looking for is what I was looking for 🤢🤮. I was given a tester the other day from this shop and decided to buy one today. This middle-aged fair-haired Karen who definitely had the right manners to serve other white client before me, showing nothing but impatience and nervousness when I was checking the ingredients as the “ description of the shampoo changed”. She was extremely impatient and pushy and kept telling me she was 100% sure it was the same product. No Karen! It’s not! Other shops are selling the ones you don’t have at the moment! I came to your shop because I got tester from here and it’s a courtesy to shop again!
