However, Kiara has been an excellent choice. She nails the colour, blow dry, and cuts my hair just the way I like it. I always receive heaps of compliments post-visit. I was transparent with Karen about the need for a low-maintenance keratin treatment for my performances, my time constraints, and my trust issues. Karen took her time to ensure I was comfortable, explaining her process, the reasons behind it, and how to care for my hair. Her hairdressing skills are truly remarkable.
