I've been a regular at this nail salon since 2015. During that time, I've seen some wonderful individuals leave to pursue new paths. I particularly miss a mature lady who spoke with such clarity and skill. Madam was pleasant... but formerly, when I get it done here, it barely hurts. This time it hurts a lot (similar to what I get for a $10 ones in other stores). And there’s still hair left over and had to do it myself. And she didn’t ask how I want my eyebrows to be like. Would definitely recommend booking with Sam the next time you want to get your makeup done. Sam was extremely professional, knew what she was doing and talking about, and gave great recommendations. I loved my makeup look and received so many compliments. I had it on for about 10hours and it looked just as good at the end of the night.

Purchased Almond Shower Oil from the commercial bay store. Arrived home and accidentally dropped it (from hip height) causing the plastic and lid to shatter (see pics). Contacted L’Occitane who deemed this a customer error rather than a defective bottle, spoke with the store staff who simply said “sorry, these things happen sometimes”. Conducted a small experiment by dropping my other bottles from the same height (once they were empty and filled with water, in case my floor is unusually hard), I can confirm that none of my other bottles from Lush, AESOP, or the body shop broke. Oh my goodness, where do I even begin...absolutely top-notch, incredible, budget-friendly, and fabulous! My first visit to this salon was truly magical. The ambiance was enchanting, the staff were so friendly, the music was spot-on, the hair wash was almost hypnotic (the head massage was divine), and I am in love with my new hairstyle! Booked Melinda in back in March. Mentioned venue and that it would just be for me. They told me all confirmed but gave me no details of costs etc. have tried to reach out multiple times and told too busy to reply. Come September they told me the venue is too far away so I now need 4-5 extra people to make it worth their while (when I had told them in March it was just for me and it was an elopement). Very disappointed and stressful for a bride to now find someone to do hair and make up 7 weeks before the wedding. I had the absolute pleasure of meeting David at your store. He provided me with a delightful treatment using the Manuka honey peel. It was truly amazing, but I couldn't justify the cost of the product. I got up and left. We bid our farewells. After about an hour, I realized I had walked away from something magical. Not just the product but also David, so I returned to the store and invested a significant amount in the products. I've now been using them for about two weeks and I am extremely impressed.
