Recently had the most satisfying manicure, excellent value for money. Lila, the nail technician, is very charming, attentive, with decent skills and meticulous work. There were no hidden costs, the result was beautiful. She applied nail patches before working on my nails, and since my nails weren't too long, the outcome was unexpectedly impressive and I'm very pleased. The job was done with great care, leaving the nail surface very smooth. The actual result looks even better than the picture. This nail salon is very cost-effective and definitely worth a visit. I really adore this style of nail. It's truly worth a try. Absolutely shocking haircut and beard trim. Asked for a haircut and they just did one straight cut across the back of my head with no layers or style. The mustache trim was completely uneven, it's very noticeable. I suffer from depression and this experience just made me feel even worse. I strongly advise against going to this barber, it's a complete disaster. I feel ashamed of how I look now. Honestly, I really wanted to enjoy this spot but my experiences with Brazilian waxing here have been below par on multiple occasions. I've tried 3 different therapists and each time, they've missed spots, disregarded my preferred shape, and despite requesting hard wax, Ruby still used strips for most of the Brazilian. There should be an option for extended appointment slots so that if a client prefers hard wax, the esthetician can take their time as I understand it requires more precision to let the wax set.

Received an e-file manicure with gel polish. Highly recommend this place, service was clean and meticulous. Staff were friendly and took great care with manicure. Equipment comes in individual packages, so a new file and scissors is used per manicure, so you don't have to worry about cross contamination between customers. This manicure process involves doing each nail individually, so it takes longer than usual manicures. The place itself was clean and very organized.
