This is my fifth visit to this nail salon, and I'm in love with their new setup! It's incredibly cute and welcoming. The staff members were as lovely as ever. Chic Nails has been fantastic. I've had bad experiences elsewhere that damaged my nails. But with gel nails from Chic Nails, not only do they last, but my natural nails remain healthy and strong. I enjoy the ambiance and the individuals working there are very pleasant. However, during my last visit, I was squeezed in for an appointment when they were clearly pressed for time. The manicure felt rushed, lasting less than 10 minutes, yet I was charged the full price. The quality of the manicure was subpar. If the salon is fully booked, I recommend avoiding walk-ins to ensure each client receives the complete service they deserve. I am absolutely thrilled with my nails. The technician was incredibly patient as I selected my color and never once rushed me. The staff were all so friendly and even provided me with some helpful advice on shellac versus dipping powder for my next visit. This was by far the best nail service I have ever received.
