First of all I tried 3 times to say hello but no answer from the lady when I know she heard me well.
She tells me the price 46$.
I said "sorry I just have 100 dollars on me " and then she SIGHED at me and rolls her eyes ?!
After that I say "Have a nice day " and she looks away without saying it back?!

How can i get there
To get to Black Cat Tattoo at 5x Central Road, Kingsland, Auckland 1021, New Zealand by public transport, take bus number 20 from the city center and get off at the Kingsland train station. From there, it's just a short walk to the studio. If driving, head towards Kingsland and turn onto Central Road from New North Road, then look for the studio on your left after a few blocks.
The captive hoop I purchased was impossible to wear. It caused a cut inside my nose when I tried to put it in my septum, and it is still healing. The edges were rough and seemed like they were just crudely cut and left as is.
