Upon arriving, I received a warm welcome from the lovely Maia (I think that's her name based on the card she handed me!)
She was incredibly kind and reassuring, which helped ease my insecurities about my skin condition. She greeted me warmly and was very kind. This was my first time getting a body piercing (navel), and it was surprisingly painless - more of a quick sting! I highly recommend Maia. She was fantastic and provided excellent customer service.About

The captive hoop I purchased was impossible to wear. It caused a cut inside my nose when I tried to put it in my septum, and it is still healing. The edges were rough and seemed like they were just crudely cut and left as is.
