I recently experienced the Spring Wellness retreat and it was truly delightful. However, it lacked that special touch that I've encountered at other retreats, especially considering the cost. My only minor issue was when my therapist left the room abruptly without a word, which caught me off guard. It's hard to pinpoint exactly what was missing.
Just collected a voucher that was bought yesterday via phone. The customer service was abysmal. No warmth or greeting. The person before me received a nice gift bag along with their voucher, whereas I just got the voucher itself. It felt like I was inconveniencing them. Disappointing experience. Traveled all the way from Whangarei for this.
