Each time I pass by this establishment with my mother, an uneasy tension hangs in the air, making me feel scrutinized endlessly. There is a palpable sense of unease surrounding Wellington's Beauty Boutique these days. In my view, it has lost its former charm. I am now hesitant to patronize it.
