Toni is amazing, I've never been happier with a hairstyle than I have been with the cuts she has given me. Her expertise in achieving consistent results for my curls connected all the dots for me from the various hair advice I've received over the years. She's also incredibly kind, which is a wonderful bonus alongside her professional skills! I wholeheartedly recommend her!!!
I cannot endorse the folks at The Wavy Bar Wellington highly enough. They went out of their way to fit me in for an appointment while I was visiting New Zealand for a work conference. They ensured I had a fantastic experience during my visit. They are experts in handling textured hair (mine is wavy-curly) and ensure you understand how to recreate the styling at home. It was one of the most memorable haircuts I've ever had, taking place during the stormy night in Wellington, but we were safe and sound in the salon. Thank you, folks, for the excellent hair care and delightful conversation!
I visited in December last year and almost a year later, I am still struggling with the aftermath. I clearly communicated to the stylist that I wear my hair curly and straight and wanted a versatile cut that preserved length. However, she not only cut off length but also left my hair choppy and uneven. I paid the full amount for a styling session using only gel as they were out of creams on the day of my appointment. The wavy hair salon aims to provide a top-notch service to every customer, and I'm disappointed to leave a 1-star review.
