I enjoy the ambiance and the individuals working there are very pleasant. However, during my last visit, I was squeezed in for an appointment when they were clearly pressed for time. The manicure felt rushed, lasting less than 10 minutes, yet I was charged the full price. The quality of the manicure was subpar. If the salon is fully booked, I recommend avoiding walk-ins to ensure each client receives the complete service they deserve. Always schedule an appointment when staff are fully available.
Visited for the first time last week and had an incredibly pleasant experience. The team is exceptionally welcoming, and my nails turned out fantastic (so much so that I returned a few days later for a pedicure too). I will definitely be coming back!
