We are coming to Wellington in a couple weeks from Ireland. We ordered some boards online for pick up when we arrive. We received excellent assistance and customer service from Mia online, also Rosie provided exceptional customer service too. I would recommend buying from The Surfboard Warehouse, especially for click and collect orders!

I had a dreadful experience with this store. I needed to claim warranty on my wetsuit and was given information & address on where to send the wetsuit for repairs. I never received any updates and later called the store again. It turned out that the store had provided me with the wrong company's address for sending my wetsuit. They then returned it to me, and I had to send it to the correct address, incurring postage costs all the while. Even after that, I didn't hear anything for weeks and made repeated phone calls. The store always assured me they would call with updates. I never received any and had to keep calling myself. What should have been a quick repair took 4 months, countless calls from my side, and unfulfilled promises about updates and customer service from The Surfboard Warehouse.
