If this was 5 years ago, I would have praised this chemist as the best in the city center. However, the service from the ladies at the counter made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I will make sure to inform others not to expect more than one question at the pharmacy counter. Unacceptable - I will be lodging complaints with both UOA and Unichem management. Doesn't even deserve a single star.
The staff here ask too many irrelevant questions instead of providing assistance. I believe they could benefit from more training and development. On the bright side, I do appreciate the convenience of having a post office on site. Room for improvement.
I've visited this chemist a few times over the years as it's nearby and easily accessible. The team has always been fantastic, welcoming, and helpful with excellent customer service.
