Absolutely top-notch service! Our ute got a tune-up here. The team was real pros, upfront about costs before the work, then gave us a breakdown of what needed fixing, with honest advice on what was urgent and what could wait. Much appreciated, mate. Would definitely recommend this spot!
KIA KAHA: Don't fall for the sweet old lady on the line. These folks are out to fleece you! They tacked on an extra $500 to my campervan service, originally quoted at $300, bringing the total to $800! Who knows if they even did the service! When I questioned the bill, they threatened to impound my van or strip it of all belongings. This is extortion, a criminal offense, and a matter for the constabulary! AVOID THESE FOLKS AT ALL COSTS!! Seek out another option.
Unbelievably grateful! When our hired ute conked out during our kiwi holiday, we pulled into Bell Block Service Centre and were met with open arms. They quickly diagnosed a shot alternator, and despite the worst timing - smack dab in the middle of the holidays and on a Friday - they went above and beyond to help us out. They liaised with our rental company and provided invaluable assistance. We can't thank them enough, and we wholeheartedly endorse this centre for their skills and customer service!
