This trip was for my son's kiwi. The vet made herself easily accessible, was really friendly, and presented us with all the options. I would absolutely use her services again.
Outstanding service from Mitchell. Has taken care of 2 of our kiwis very well over the years.
We brought our sick sheepdog to this vet, pretty sure she had kauri dieback. The vet disagreed and misdiagnosed her with a common, run-of-the-mill infection. He prescribed the incorrect antibiotics for her, and 3 days later, she was so unwell we had to take her to NP Vet Group where we had to pay weekend prices for an ultrasound, emergency surgery, 3 nights' stay at the vet, and the correct antibiotics. This ended up costing us a thousand dollars more, on top of the 200 the Bell Block vet had charged us. Extremely let down by the service of this vet clinic, whose misdiagnosis could have led to the death of our dog. His bedside manner was distant and unwelcoming as well, like he didn't truly care about the animal he was treating. I definitely would not recommend and would give 0 stars if possible. Someone with this many years of veterinary experience should not have misdiagnosed something as common as kauri dieback when our dog was showing all the signs of this infection. What a pity we didn't just take her to the NP vet group initially.
