I was informed that there was a mix-up with another order, with no apology offered. In a previous order, I was told they couldn't locate it, but after some digging on the computer, a staff member found it at the front of the store. This isn't the first time I've had issues like this. Trucks rumbling all night during our stay in late January, 5 nights, uncertain if this is the usual rhythm but pack ear plugs just in case. Situated in an industrial zone directly across from Mainfreight (though their trucks weren't the source of the noise) rather trucks and trailers passing through to a destination further down the road.
Nevertheless, it's fully equipped. Convenient hub for exploring New Plymouth.
