I just wanted to thank the lass who is collecting the bins that were missed yesterday in Tauranga. She was having to empty our landfill bins by hand into rubbish bags and yet she was still so very polite she really made my day. I couldn't apologize enough knowing she had to do this run today by hand. Please thank her for me.
We've also had citycare deal with burst waterpipes on our street I think 5 times in the past 2 months. These lasses have been great too. I go out to find whoever has turned the water off has also wound the hose back up and left it all tidy, I have to have a giggle coz I think that's pretty cute.
