Most dreadful company to deal with... had a package picked up in Dunedin, went to Invercargill, then to Nelson, and finally to New Plymouth - not from their Dunedin hub to the New Plymouth depot.
Alright so it only took two nights for my lawnmower to travel from Auckland to Wellington. All good, but then it lingered at the Wellington branch from Wednesday onwards. When I called them on Friday after checking the tracking, they said they'd be making a trip to Levin on Monday and I'd get it between 10 and 1pm... never showed up! Called again. Got transferred to the main call center. They sent an email and then I had to wait. So, I decided to drive the mere 9 km to their depot (10 min down the road) to inquire. Very laid back in there. "Oh yes, it's at the back." I was fortunate to squeeze it into the van and bring it the 9 km home... very lackadaisical and subpar service at the Wellington branch... disappointing team.
What a shambles of a driver today, 6.45am my parcel is chucked over the fence onto soggy grass in the rain, for all to see. Luckily, the door slam on the other side roused me. Driver returns, turns out wrong parcel dropped off. As I hand back the mistaken one, he flings the correct one over the fence again onto the wet grass in the rain.
