Visited 32 days ago for a trailer inspection, had to replace bushings in the springs. Upon returning for a recheck, failed due to a drawbar locking pin issue, which was a padlock that had passed 30 Warrants of Fitness (WOF). Replaced the part and returned for reevaluation, only to find the office inaccessible from the front. After an hour, obtained a WOF for the replaced drawbar pin. Would recommend visiting a local garage for more efficient service.
Staff were extremely welcoming and provided valuable assistance. They identified a couple of issues with our caravan that required minor attention to prevent further damage, although these issues did not impact the Certificate of Fitness (COF).
Searched online and attempted to call twice in the morning with no response to either call and no answering service available. Upon arrival, road signage was subpar, making it difficult to locate the premises. Upon entering, only commercial trucks were present with no designated parking for private vehicles. Discovered the office empty with a note indicating the staff were out to lunch, despite it being 11 am. Received minimal assistance, with one individual briefly acknowledging my presence while preoccupied with their phone. Disappointed by the unprofessionalism and lack of service, I chose to seek assistance elsewhere and do not plan to return.
