Severely understaffed!. I decided to take my break and quickly do some important tasks at kiwibank bethlehem, only to find out I have to wait because the ONLY kiwi bank employee is on their break!. A well-established bank with just one worker. What a complete farce!!!
What an exceptional team. Upon arrival I was greeted by a group who clearly relished each day at work. Everyone was warm, supportive, and welcoming. I must give a special mention to Erryn. Going above and beyond doesn't do justice to what you did to assist me. I left feeling elated, having just encountered the finest customer service.
