Nurse Kate is INCREDIBLE, so thorough with their knowledge and explanation of everything. Dr. Rua is always fantastic, always friendly and understanding. Great doctor and nurse.
Not good at all, went in for a serious surgery at wlg hospital but at reception, they told a different story. When I got home, they sent me another bill. If they wanted more money, why didn't they tell me at reception? It's totally bad. I'm going to lodge a complaint about this with the Medical Council of Auckland.
Just visited today, needed a punch biopsy, and apologies I can't recall the nurse's name, but they were exceptional. Caring, very efficient, and explained perfectly. A completely pain-free experience. Thank you so much.
