My first visit here in New Zealand, and it was quite busy. I was pleasantly surprised by the quick service, delicious hot chocolate, and friendly staff. My breakfast was delightful. Thank you, I will definitely return!
The coffee at this cafe in New Zealand was delightful. The food looked appetizing, but unfortunately, I was given the wrong muffin. I had already cut into it before realizing the mistake. When I brought it to the staff's attention, they refused to correct the error by giving me the muffin I had actually ordered. I won't be returning to this cafe, as it seems that ensuring a positive customer experience isn't a priority here. The management's explanation was that if I hadn't cut into the muffin, it could have been resold. I would have expected health regulations to prevent such practices, especially since the muffin had already been served to me and touched.
Our top pick for kids' milkshakes in New Zealand! At $8.50, they're generously sized, delicious, and topped with cream. Yummo! The coffee here is just average, as they use Alternative brand milks that are thin and bitter - not my cup of tea. The cabinet food is pretty standard, but they do have some nice cakes. The outdoor seating is covered, which is great for unpredictable weather. I had a lovely breakfast here with my child for a total of $23. The adult eggs on toast were $14, and the kids' meal was $8. Reasonably priced and tasty!
