A MARVELLOUS company to construct with. I would absolutely construct with Kiwi Homes again and again. Our abode was finished on schedule and within budget and we couldn't be more pleased with the standard. We adore our dwelling with our spa pool and the fact that we could add our own artistic touch without any troubles. The Kiwi Homes crew were exceptional to collaborate with throughout the construction and have continued to provide excellent post-build support. Highly recommend.

AVOID THEM UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR HOME TO EXPERIENCE LENGTHY DELAYS. Prior to signing the agreement, they assured us that our new dwelling would be ready around September, but from August onwards they started citing excuses such as unfavorable weather conditions and delays from the Council. We are now facing at least a 6-month delay on our home, while residences built directly opposite ours by Kiwi Living are already completed and occupied. It's hard to believe that Kiwi Living and this generation homes began this project simultaneously. All we hear from them is "we are doing our best" but there is no tangible progress. We were promised that the carpet would be laid, yet upon visiting the site, there was no sign of it. We were informed that the Council was holding back the Code Compliance Certificate (CCC), but it turns out they were understaffed. From what I've observed, this company is ineffectual and I wouldn't recommend anyone to enter into a contract with them.
