Took my child to Just Cuts for a haircut, delightful and professional service! The transformation from very long hair to a stylish shoulder-length cut was executed beautifully. Minimal wait time, reasonable price for a significant change! She looks amazing and is thrilled not to have to tie up her hair every day! Normally I've had positive experiences with all stylists I've seen in recent years. But last week I visited and a new stylist cut my hair and completely botched it! He didn't listen or grasp what I was explaining (possibly a language barrier) and didn't seek clarification or confirm any details that weren't clear, resulting in my hair being cut far too short. He even cut the front sections around my face so short that I can't tie it back anymore, and he gave me a middle part when I always have a side part. He only added some layers to the ends of my hair instead of throughout as I had requested, and when I straightened it at home later, I noticed the cut was uneven and choppy, with no clean lines and even a chunk missing from one side, making it look completely unbalanced. Absolutely the worst experience ever and I won't be returning!
Had a fabulous hair trim today with Stephanie. I got the full treatment, shampoo, scalp massage, trim and blow dry, really happy with the outcome. No waiting time thanks to pre-booking.
