Smooth shopping experience. Found goods easily. Checkout was a breeze. Cashier was helpful and pleasant.
Wanted to buy a dish set but sadly no display of the set. Asked for help, staff member named Mia was rude, unwilling to assist, cut me off saying can't open boxes. I said I understand, but when free, could you help me see what I'm buying? Mia showed no interest in her job. Her attitude turned me off from buying anything else at The Warehouse.
11/10 Customer service from the start. Store quickly answered my call, ensured they had the item I needed ready at the counter. Neatly organised store, found other things I needed too!! Staff went out of their way to help me get the side table into my car. Being 8 months pregnant, kindness like that really made my day! Huge thanks to the staff!
