Absolute agony. Got my lashes done and initially adored them, until around day 4-5 when they started itching, and upon inspection by my partner, he found most were glued to my eyelid. That's not supposed to happen. Ended up losing many natural lashes 🙃🙃...
I ended up with oval nails and most are wonky, I asked the lady twice to fix them but they're still wonky. They could have been filed down more as the acrylic is too thick. Got charged an extra $10 for gold flakes without being told beforehand. The gold melted onto my finger under the hot blue light, and the fix-up job was subpar, leaving some nails bulky. Definitely won't return.
I was stoked they could squeeze me in as a walk-in, but gutted that the tools came from a shared bowl, and then the foot scrubber was rinsed in my own foot spa water. Not the norm for me, usually you get a sealed pack from an autoclave. Nails looked fab but the hygiene was lacking.
