Fantastic service and food. We had the duck, gnocchi, potato skin. Everything is flawless. Even their ginger beer is the best we've tasted!
Had a delightful dining experience here. The decor is bright, cozy and spacious inside the villa. There is ample room between the tables so you don't have to raise your voice over other tables' conversations. The servers were very polite and amiable. We kicked off the night with a Gimlet Gin from the extensive drink menu and relished smoked tea chicken spring rolls and a flavorful zesty squid starters, both very delightful with plenty of taste surprises. For our main courses roast duck, kumara mash and veggies and a lamb shank, both superbly cooked and enjoyed with a glass of wine. Dessert was a lovely baked apple in pastry and a sticky date pudding. A thoroughly enjoyable meal, service, and atmosphere. Plenty of parking beside the building and on the street.
I joined my first baking class here and what an incredible experience it was! A small bunch of us had a fun and laid-back day as we observed and learned how to create these festive recipes. I highly recommend the cooking sessions they offer, the fantastic pair that lead the class are cheerful, courteous, amusing, and relaxed, they collaborate so smoothly and are willing to respond to any and all queries which creates a wonderful atmosphere and enjoyable experience and at the end you get to savor the dishes! Will surely return. Thank you both so much :D
