Usually, I adore this salon, but during my last appointment, they seemed hurried due to other bookings that day, they skipped bleaching my hair before applying the color. They assured me it would turn into a lovely deep purple shade but instead turned out to be a strange brown/maroon hue. Typically, the color lasts a decent while, but this time it faded extremely fast and unevenly, leaving me with patchy hair color. Uncertain about what happened, but I am quite disheartened with the outcome as it's not an inexpensive color and style, especially considering I drive from Auckland to have it done. Most likely, I will now search for a place closer to home.
Exceptional service at Allure, they truly collaborate with you to ensure you're selecting the correct style/colour. I possess remarkably fine hair and after suggesting extensions for added thickness, I am overjoyed with my hair. A massive thank you to the crew for making me feel extraordinary :-)
The delightful Ash styled mine and my daughter's hair - the first stylist I've had in a long while who listened to my desires and kept me informed throughout the entire process, she did a fantastic job and I'm genuinely pleased with the final outcome.
