Popped in this morning to grab a ridiculous amount of coffee for my team. The young guy behind the counter did an outstanding job of taking our order and preparing it all. My colleagues were over the moon with their coffee, top-notch flavor!
Headed in to purchase a drop saw but waited for over 30 minutes for assistance from the tool team member. Eventually, I gave up and headed to Bunnings. Excellent service there, and I managed to get the drop saw I needed.
I usually find the team super helpful and quite knowledgeable. But twice now I've encountered Alex... Goodness, this person is so rude and moody!! The self-service checkout seems pointless as it's hardly ever open. It's disappointing to see the same issues cropping up in reviews without any resolution.
