The new manager is a God send, very professional and the service is exceptional, the staff are going out of their way to help and are very pleasant, even the security is happy, professional, positive, what a delightful place to shop, if I needed a job this would be my number one stop. Super happy with the shopping experience, wouldn't go anywhere else from now on.
Got what we needed but not overly impressed by the bolshy over the top security guard on duty. My mother can barely work and had to rely on a supermarket trolley which he outright banned from her using inside the chemist warehouse. Hope Nelson gets one soon and one with better customer service more in line with their Australian stores!
Staff were incredibly helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The Security guard was also faultless! Watching what was going on but not too busy to be welcoming, in a professional manner. Granddaughter and I had a great time there.
