Usually, I adore this salon, but during my last appointment, they seemed hurried due to other bookings that day, they skipped bleaching my hair before applying the color. They assured me it would turn into a lovely deep purple shade but instead turned out to be a strange brown/maroon hue. Typically, the color lasts a decent while, but this time it faded extremely fast and unevenly, leaving me with patchy hair color. Uncertain about what happened, but I am quite disheartened with the outcome as it's not an inexpensive color and style, especially considering I drive from Auckland to have it done. Had a warm and cool stone massage with Charlie just over an hour ago and it's taken me this long to post as I was so relaxed I couldn't gather my thoughts to post, it was amazing!
I fully recommend it as I was very sore after a week of sport and exercise classes with very stiff muscles...I am now relaxed and able to move freely which I was not able to do when I arrived. Lol
I will DEFINITELY be back for another one in the near future! ❤
