Kmart Auckland is quite impressive. It offers a wide range of products for your household, clothing for yourself and your loved ones. The prices are also quite reasonable.
Today, on Wednesday 13 December 2023, my experience was not very pleasant. I would appreciate it if more checkouts were opened to improve customer service. I am not a fan of self-checkouts and as a result, I will not be returning to Kmart. I will also be encouraging others to do the same. Additionally, I suggest that your staff pay more attention to scanning dockets.
I was in need of some shoes and sought assistance from a staff member. The young lady was exceptionally professional, helpful, and friendly.
