Rarely do I leave reviews, but I must say I had a wonderful experience. Being heavily pregnant, I was treated with such care. The staff helped me off the bed so gently, gave me extra attention and showed great patience. It was a lovely experience, thank you xox
Today's session for shaping and waxing eyebrows, tinting eyebrows and lashes, and full face waxing was not up to par. I had to request multiple touch-ups on my face, as the initial treatment only covered cheeks and around the lips, which was not done properly. I could still see hair left behind, and it became frustrating having to point out obvious errors every time I looked in the mirror. The same issues occurred with the eyebrow shaping. I am not experienced with tinting, so I can't say for sure if it was done correctly, but it seems alright, I suppose.
The lash lifting I received was the worst I've ever had. It would have been better if I had done it myself. There was zero lift, it was extremely painful, and all this for over 80$. I recommend saving your money and going elsewhere.
