The staff were welcoming and supportive. The doctor on duty was excellent. Minimal waiting time.
Normally, I don't leave reviews, but it's necessary to share: - You pay 80 NZD upfront, - A nurse takes your details, - You wait for 2 hours, - Then they inform you that all the doctors have left and won't return, no refund offered, and give you a non-working code to consult a doctor via video call. So, 1 star for the kind nurses, but this place is a total scam. Better to go directly to Practice Plus (for video consultations) to save time and money 👌
Avoid at all costs! Waste of time and money! Spent 180 NZD for nothing .... I came in with breathing issues and a swollen throat, likely a cyst or swollen lymph node... they refused to do an ultrasound! "Young men don't get serious conditions," they claimed! Just took my money without providing any help!!!
