Popped into bunnings today for a fence. Found the fence then headed to the hardware section where a chap named Sam assisted us with hinges and such, which had unfortunately been pinched. Sam provided exceptional service, truly outstanding. If all hardware stores had employees like him, it would be wonderful. Top marks for Sam.
Visited Bunnings in search of BBQ supplies for a Christmas present, and the young woman working in that department was incredibly helpful in locating what I needed. I also wanted to pick up a wind chime for someone else, and she kindly offered to assist, although I managed to find the perfect one on my own. Ended up getting distracted and purchasing a chain for my fence while I was there. Bunnings in Blenheim has a vast array of items. I've been a loyal customer for years. The staff on the floor are always friendly, helpful, and willing to provide guidance for DIY projects and more. Highly recommend this store for building materials, gardening supplies, household cleaners, decorations, bathroom and kitchen fixtures, home renovations, smoke detectors, pet care products, and beds - you name it, they likely have it.
Very tidy and well-organized, this store is clearly a go-to spot for DIY enthusiasts. Prices are competitive, the product selection is extensive, the staff are accommodating and approachable, ample parking available, and there's even a Columbus cafe conveniently connected to the store. A fantastic place to shop.
