What an incredible experience! I entered Night 'n Day with my elderly grandmother, who faces mental and physical challenges. We were greeted by a kind individual, whom I later learned was named Isaac. Isaac patiently took my grandmother's order and showed great empathy towards her struggles. I sincerely hope this employee receives the recognition they deserve. Thank you, Isaac, we will certainly return and recommend Night 'n Day to our loved ones.
Just visited your establishment. I felt neglected as there were hardly any customers when I arrived, yet those who came in after me were served promptly. It's disappointing, considering your service is typically excellent. All I desired was an ice cream.
Initially, I was hurried to place my order, then rushed to pay for my daughter's ice cream. I didn't even have time to request it in a cup. Someone abruptly mentioned it costs a dollar, which I don't mind paying, but I should have had the chance to ask before paying, rather than feeling rushed. I didn't even get the opportunity to order myself a coffee. Ultimately, I was handed a single scoop of ice cream. I grasp the concept of the rising cost of living, but paying $5.50 for a mere scoop of ice cream is appalling.
