Seeking a hair stylist after moving to Queenstown, I scheduled a 5pm appointment with Tracey about 3 weeks back. Opted for Vogue because Tracey kindly gave me a sample of Joico volume shampoo to try before my appointment. Arrived 5 mins early and was told by another stylist to wait for Tracey. Sat down, waited for 20 mins with no acknowledgment. When Tracey finally approached me, she said she needed another 10 minutes as they were running late. Unacceptable! Made a 5pm appointment, waited 15 mins over, and no courtesy call for the delay. Disappointed with their lack of communication and disregard for my time. Not okay to keep clients waiting after booking weeks in advance.
