I'm absolutely hooked on Pilates at Ahua studio - the classes are intelligently structured to provide a great stretch, challenge the muscles, and work up a good sweat all in just 50 minutes. The instructors are all wonderful, the class sizes are small, and the studio has a fantastic atmosphere!
