She explains every product she's using and it's benefits to my skin - Always makes it such a relaxing experience.
First time going. Welcoming environment. Staff are absolutely lovely. Facial was amazing. I was informed of the products being used without any pressure. Consultation was great. Very informative again. The wāhine there have great communication skills. Professional and personable. I felt comfortable and relaxed. Highly recommend.
