I rang ahead to book for poly gel nails with a design. Price confirmed and paid. Sat down, waited 30 mins for them to say they couldn't do what I asked. Wanted to charge extra for a set I didn't want, embarrassing me in the process. Never faced such unprofessionalism before. Hope no one else goes through this.
Three of us strolled in today (Sunday) all for gel manicures and were promptly seen. Thrilled they set us up side by side. Not a big nail gal (sport, kids, work and gardening keep me busy) but got what I wanted for a steal at $40! Fast and fab results. We all left beaming!
