Had a wonderful time today with my daughter getting our nails done. The place was spotless. It was a bit chilly in there though. The chairs were comfy. The staff were delightful. We'll definitely be returning for another fantastic experience.
Absolutely loving my nails! The shape is spot on and exactly what I wanted. I can't recall his name but he did an excellent job, thank you 😊 I would highly suggest
Accompanied my mother & presented images of T-shaped French nail tips, but ended up with rounded tips instead of what was requested! My mother, being so gracious, simply accepted the design offered by the ladies, which greatly frustrated me. Additionally, while having my nails filed, my skin tore and the entire process was painful, even two days later. At one point, my nail shape was uneven, and I had to request correction; otherwise, I would have been sent home with a clearly misshapen nail. Paying $90 for subpar customer service and a painful nail treatment is disappointing. I've had exceptional experiences elsewhere and have never been treated in this manner before. It's disheartening that my mother recommended this establishment. Improvement is needed in both nail services and customer care.
