Ordered a product online, took a week to arrive despite paying for overnight courier. Contacted to cancel, then got an email saying it was picked up 2 hours after my call (even though it hadn't moved for 8 days). Website needs to be clear about the 1-3 day processing time before NZ post collects it, or in my case, 8 days.
