This New Zealand supermarket is the quirkiest I have visited. The layout is peculiar. The journey back to the parking lot is odd. The entrance to the store with a sloped access is inconvenient. It's a hassle to leave the shopping cart unattended while loading items. 8
Witnessing an older employee mistreat and harass a younger employee in front of customers and colleagues on the 15th of February was completely unacceptable. As a business proprietor, this behavior is grave and intolerable. I wouldn't want individuals with such conduct working for me. My partner promptly lodged a complaint, and we trust that you take workplace harassment seriously.
